Ghee (Clarified Butter)

 1 cup Salted Butter

Place the butter in a saucepan on medium to low heat.

Once it starts frothing, take a spoon and skim the white parts. You'll start to notice that your butter is starting to look a lot clearer.

Once all the milk solids (the white froth) is removed and the butter looks clear, strain it through a muslin cloth.

Store in an airtight jar in room temperature.
