Potato Fry

 3 Potatoes (cubed)
 1 tsp Vegetable oil
 ½ tsp Cumin seeds
 ½ tsp Turmeric powder
 ½ tsp Coriander powder
 ½ tsp Cumin powder
 Salt to taste

Add all the powders and salt to the chopped potatoes and mix well.

Heat oil in a large pan and crackle some cumin seeds. Add the potatoes and roast it on high heat for 10 minutes, till the pieces get a bit of brown colour.

Lower the heat, and close and cook for 10 minutes or until the potatoes are soft.
